The lotion pump head is integrated with different plastic components and accessories.

Among the lotion pump head components and accessories, the most important ones are pistons (three-piece suits), tension springs, and the body (the barrel body is fitted with tension springs).
The piston, relying on the elasticity of the tension spring, continuously performs the stroke effect in the body to pull the material out of the bottle.

Any kind of non-cooperation between them will cause the serious points of this article, which cannot be rebounded by pressing the head or cannot be discharged after pressing.

In order to prevent this kind of situation, during the production process, we first probably check whether the length of the spring is standardized, which is a thousand miles away. The effect of the length on the piston is not ignored. If it is short, the piston will not return When it is in place, it will form a spring and it will rebound slowly after pressing it down.

Secondly, check whether the thickness of the piston fits the body. During the movement of the piston, any trace of open space will form a weak suction force, and the material cannot be pressed by the head. Because plastic has the properties of thermal expansion and contraction, a normal piston is properly important to ensure the quality of the emulsion pump head.

In the end, let's analyze the body. In view of the elastic nature of plastics, if the operation is not performed properly during injection, the lack of injection will cut off a thin layer of the body, resulting in uneven inner walls. The lower gap makes it impossible to discharge.
