Pressure sprayers have the following advantages.
(1) Compared with the airflow type, the atomization power is greatly saved.
(2) The structure is simple and the manufacturing cost is low.
(3) Easy to operate, easy to replace and repair. .
For low viscosity feeds, pressure nozzles are preferred. Since the nozzles obtained by the pressure nozzles are larger than the air flow type, the spray granulation generally employs a pressure type nozzle (sometimes also a rotary disk atomizer). Pressure nozzles such as washing powder, instant milk powder, and granular fuel are used.
